Sealant work is one of the most technically demanding and most overlooked specialties in commercial construction. Done wrong, it leads to water intrusion, structural damage, and costly callbacks. Done right, it is invisible and lasts decades.
Our team installs the full spectrum of sealant and filler systems. For joint sealants we work with polyurethane, elastomeric, silicone, and fire rated assemblies, as well as precompressed expansion systems including EMSEAL. For joint fillers, we install both semi-rigid epoxy and polyurea systems. Product selection is driven by the specific demands of each application including joint movement, weather exposure, traffic load, UV resistance, and required return to service time.
Our crews have completed formal factory training at Metzger McGuire's headquarters, one of the industry's most respected authorities on joint filler technology. That level of hands on product knowledge means we understand not just how to install, but which system performs best for each unique set of conditions.
